We are delighted to share that Ivywood has officially secured its bond financing for the new building and is scheduled to close on December 28. This significant milestone comes right in time for the holidays as we truly celebrate the lasting impact that this forever home will have on our community.
This successful security of the bond reflects the team’s unwavering commitment and dedication to our current and future students. We also would like to express our deepest gratitude to our current Ivywood families for their ongoing confidence and support.
What’s Next?
Upon closing, our contractor will begin to mobilize and make preparations on the construction site. We are tentatively planning to host a community-wide groundbreaking ceremony in the spring on the campus of our forever home to celebrate the start of Phase 1 of the construction project.
