Mrs. Knutsen’s fourth grade class recently finished reading “Treasure Island.” The students are studying compound elements in Grammar. To blend Literature and Grammar, the students drew pictures from the novel and diagrammed sentences using either compound predicate nominatives or compound predicate adjectives.
