Has it already been a year? One year ago tomorrow, Ivywood Classical Academy celebrated the opening of our school with its official ribbon cutting ceremony. Our first school year has been eventful to say the least! We are excited to be getting ready for our second school year and to welcome back students into our building. This coming school year is also not how we had originally planned it to be, but we are celebrating our students and know that the 2020-21 school year will be another fantastic year!
Thank you to all our Founding Families for helping us make our first school year, 2019-20, a great and memorable school year. We are so excited to welcome all our new Ivywood families and what the future holds for us!
Ivywood Classical Academy is a tuition-free public school academy that will educate students using the virtues-based, content-rich, classical education tradition.
Parents may start dropping students off at 7:50 am. Doors open at 8:00 am, and there are three drop off options:
Option 1: Drop off at 7:50, a staff member will supervise students outside of the building until the door open.
Option 2: Park and walk to the entrance from 8:00 - 8:10. Parents may escort their children to the front or side doors.
Option 3: Utilize the car loop from 7:50 - 8:09
Ivywood utilizes a staggered dismissal. All parents must park and enter through the main entrance. All designated pick-up people must present their ICA identification barcode which will be scanned by an ICA employee prior to gaining entrance to the building. Students are dismissed directly from classrooms.
