Who does not love to read a good book by a roaring fire? How about getting a book read to you virtually by a roaring fire! Ivywood Board member, Jeff Fettig, was a virtual guest reader to our students this week. He read A Bad Seed by Jory John which is a “touching tale that reminds us of the remarkably transformative power of will, acceptance, and just being you.” Mr. Fettig told us this is one of his favorite books.
Reading to your children creates a bond and strengthens communication between all of you. Reading to and with your children creates wonderful memories that you all will treasure for a lifetime. Take some time, relax and share a book with your children this weekend.
