In the upcoming weeks we will be spotlighting the Ivywood Classical Academy School Board members so our Ivywood Families can learn more about them and their passion and commitment to Ivywood Classical Academy.
Jeff Fettig has been an Ivywood board member since 2020. Jeff is a former educator with 14 years of teaching experience at the high school and university levels. He is very passionate about the tried-and-true BCSI curriculum and the delivery methods that support it. He strongly believes in the cognitive benefits that a classical liberal arts education provides the modern student. Jeff and his wife Amy, also a former educator, feel very fortunate to have discovered Ivywood for their son and look forward to supporting the Ivywood community anyway they can. Jeff and his family recently moved to South Lyon after living in the Plymouth area for twelve years. Jeff holds a BA in Education from Central Michigan University, an MA in Spanish from Eastern Michigan University, and an MBA from Wayne State University. He currently works in the manufacturing sector.
