Ivywood Classical Academy returned from Spring Break this week and we are extremely excited to have our classrooms full of well rested students and staff. As we enter the last quarter of the school year, we at Ivywood are immensely proud to say that our students have been in our classrooms, face to face, 5 days a week since September 8, 2020. It has been a school year like no other! A school year with our classrooms and our school looking different than usual. What has not been different this school year is our students’ learning. Ivywood’s students are THRIVING! We are excited to see what the last 10 weeks of this school year have in store for all of us at Ivywood.
Ivywood Classical Academy is a tuition-free public school academy that will educate students using the virtues-based, content-rich, classical education tradition.
Parents may start dropping students off at 7:50 am. Doors open at 8:00 am, and there are three drop off options:
Option 1: Drop off at 7:50, a staff member will supervise students outside of the building until the door open.
Option 2: Park and walk to the entrance from 8:00 - 8:10. Parents may escort their children to the front or side doors.
Option 3: Utilize the car loop from 7:50 - 8:09
Ivywood utilizes a staggered dismissal. All parents must park and enter through the main entrance. All designated pick-up people must present their ICA identification barcode which will be scanned by an ICA employee prior to gaining entrance to the building. Students are dismissed directly from classrooms.
