CONGRATULATIONS Ivywood Classical Academy
Congratulations to this year’s Barney Charter School Initiative Scholars’ Cup Winner, Ivywood Classical Academy!
In addition to honor, glory, and the Cantharus Optimus trophy, Ivywood will be the recipient of a $2,000 prize to be used for curriculum and classical art. Thank you to all of the students who submitted their completed challenges to the BCSI office, especially in light of the transition to remote learning.

Ivywood Classical Academy (ICA) is a tuition-free Kindergarten through 12th grade public charter school in Plymouth, MI that is focused on classical education and open to ages 5 years old and up. ICA is a Hillsdale College Member School.
Parents may start dropping students off at 7:50 am. Doors open at 8:00 am, and there are three drop off options:
Option 1: Drop off at 7:50, a staff member will supervise students outside of the building until the door open.
Option 2: Park and walk to the entrance from 8:00 - 8:10. Parents may escort their children to the front or side doors.
Option 3: Utilize the car loop from 7:50 - 8:09
Ivywood utilizes a staggered dismissal. All parents must park and enter through the main entrance. All designated pick-up people must present their ICA identification barcode which will be scanned by an ICA employee prior to gaining entrance to the building. Students are dismissed directly from classrooms.
