
Ivywood is excited to welcome Ms. Channels, as our new 2nd grade teacher, and Mr. Issac Warchol, as our new 6th grade teacher.
Ms. Channels is a graduate of Hillsdale College with a double major in English and France with a specialization in journalism. She is coming to us from Treasure Coast Classical Academy in Southern Florida. Ms. Channels is also a professional musician.
Mr. Warchol is a graduate of Hillsdale College and is very familiar with classical education, as he is a graduate from The Classical Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. He has also spent some time this past year substitute teaching at Livingston Classical Academy and Will Carleton Academy.
We look forward to Ms. Channels and Mr. Warchol joining our incredible teaching team at Ivywood Classical Academy.


Ivywood Classical Academy is a tuition-free public school academy that will educate students using the virtues-based, content-rich, classical education tradition.
Parents may start dropping students off at 7:50 am. Doors open at 8:00 am, and there are three drop off options:
Option 1: Drop off at 7:50, a staff member will supervise students outside of the building until the door open.
Option 2: Park and walk to the entrance from 8:00 - 8:10. Parents may escort their children to the front or side doors.
Option 3: Utilize the car loop from 7:50 - 8:09
Ivywood utilizes a staggered dismissal. All parents must park and enter through the main entrance. All designated pick-up people must present their ICA identification barcode which will be scanned by an ICA employee prior to gaining entrance to the building. Students are dismissed directly from classrooms.
