To enroll a new student, complete enrollment steps 1 through 7
To ensure your child's seat at Ivywood, please provide the following documents at the enrollment appointment. (We are unable to enroll your students without these documents.)
STEP 1: Complete the online enrollment form
STEP 2: Take a Tour of Ivywood
We are excited to be offering in-person tours of Ivywood Classical Academy again.
We also offer a virtual tour. Click below to watch.
STEP 3: Schedule an Appointment
Schedule a phone appointment (A school official will contact you at the designated time to go over enrollment documents. Once that process is complete, a school official will explain how completed documents can be turned in.)
STEP 4: Prepare documents for scheduled appointment
A. PROVIDE ORIGINAL COPY OF CERTIFIED BIRTH CERTIFICATE (REQUIRED) - if unable to provide a birth certificate, the following may also be accepted as proof of date of birth: Affidavit of Parentage, Baptism or Church Certificate, Hospital Certificate, Immigration Documents or Passport.
B. IMMUNIZATION RECORD
Your child must have an updated immunization record OR an immunization waiver from the county Health Department BEFORE the start of the school year.
C. PROOF OF VISION SCREENING (KINDERGARTEN ONLY)
Please provide proof of a vision screen, performed in the last three years.
STEP 5: Print and complete the following documents
*Required if Kindergarten student is born after 9/1
*If enrolling for 1st - 6th grade
*Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if your child will need specific health forms relating to seizures, asthma or diabetes.
